Diets! (what to eat and what not to eat)

To be a professional boxer, you need to build your body and prevent fats from piling up. So you need to eat right to be fit and healthy.

Meats: eat white meat because it is easier for your body to digest
Examples:   chicken, turkey, fish
Avoid:   beef, pork

Protein:  dont eat too much
Examples:   meat, eggs, tuna, peanut butter, milk

Fruits and veggies: you need vitamin, eat colourfull fruit n veggies
Examples:   apple, banana, broccoli, etc

Liquids: drink 1 gallon of water per day (minimum)
Avoid:   alcoholic drinks, soda, 

Fats: stick to healthy fats
Examples: soy milk, peanut butter, olive oil, etc
Avoid: ice cream, butter, cheese, etc

Supplements: supplements are only for looks rather than performance, but it doesn't make you worse
Examples: glutamine, creatine monohydrate, omega 3, etc


And try to avoid these:
potato chips, popcorn, cookies, candy, cakes, salty foods, sweet foods, processed foods,
ALL kinds of desserts, artificial sweetener, fried foods, fast foods, table sugar, plain jam, gums, 
pudding, corn syrup, bread & pastas made with white flour, and many more!
